Carry out personal consultations with employees about they goals and progress

·Optional key health indicator checks, of weight, body fat, total body water, visceral fat, basal metabolic rate, heart rate and blood pressure.
·We return every 2-3 months to monitor progress

WELLBEING SERIES TRAINING
We have developed a four part wellbeing series for managers and directors which covers all aspects of health and wellbeing. The series is aimed at helping managers to create and embed a long lasting health & wellbeing culture within your organisation.
Often poor absence levels within an organisation are due to a lack of monitoring, management and incorrect signposting. Our training programmes are developed alongside your own absence policies to ensure that managers are doing their bit to reduce absence whenever it occurs.
MANAGING MENTAL HEALTH
Each year more and more short and long term absence is attributed to mental health issues, which if identified early can be managed effectively before your employee has taken a leave of absence. Our courses are aimed at helping managers to identify the key trigger points and spot the early warning signs for both themselves and their team members.
DRUG & ALCOHOL AWARENESS
Helping directors and managers to understand the dangers and recognise the early warning signs of substance and alcohol misuse in their workfplace. How to have the right conversations at the right time and how support employees back into work and dealing with absence.
